How a game watcher handles a visit

16 October — what this page is

This note covers Game Watcher Weekly, the site at gamewatcherweekly.com. It does not cover Google Play, and it does not cover what Archero, Pou, or Mini Metro do after you install them. Those declarations sit on their own cards and are copied, dated, on the data page.

What the visit can leave here

The pages are static. I do not run an account, and the contact page has no form, so a visit does not hand me your name or a message through the site. The host that serves the files may keep ordinary server logs. I have not added an analytics tag.

The one note in the browser

A bar at the bottom asks you to acknowledge a single local note. Choosing OK writes the value accepted under the key gww_kicker_consent in localStorage. That key is only so the bar can stay closed on the next visit. The footer button labelled Cookies removes the bar's hidden state and shows it again. Declining is not offered, because the note is not a tracker. You can clear it in the browser whenever you like.

Store links

Links to Play open in a new tab. From that moment the store's own policy applies. I do not receive a copy of what you do there.

Writing to the desk

If you post a letter to Orionweg 6t, 8938 AH Leeuwarden, I will have whatever you put on paper. I do not add it to a mailing list. There is no public email address on this site.

Changes

If this note changes, the date under the heading changes with it. The current reading is 16 October 2026.
